After training with Chef Gabrial Frasca in Boston, and a brief visit to the Napa Valley, Sara joined Thomas Kellerʼs world renowned, Michelin starred Bouchon bistro. With-in one year she had become Bouchonʼs first female Sous Chef, and the youngest in the Thomas Keller restaurant group to hold a management position. From there Sarah trained in the dining room at Cindyʼs Backstreet Kitchen, before departing to Meadowood to work with Christopher Kostow, recipient of Michelin's Two Stars for the Restaurant at Meadowood.
