Walker has received nods from the Academy for previous works including “12 Years a Slave” and “Arrival.” He is a five-time nominee for American Cinema Editors Award for Best Edited Feature Film - Dramatic. He also won the European Film Award for Best Editor (Shame) and the Satellite Award for Best Editing (Sicario).
